Under new management and had an exceptional appointment

I arrived to a very welcoming receptionist and was taken to the surgery for treatment (root canal). The service I received from both the dentist and the dental nurse was good and they explained what they were doing throughout the treatment.

I was in about an hour and asked if I was ok before I left. I later made a new appointment before leaving. I could not fault anybody in the practice.

Brilliant

I visited after my crown came out as we left to go south, the receptionist was very helpful and I saw the dentist who after a short wait managed to replace my crown. I am very impressed with everyone.

Excellent treatment

I had an abscess, rang Wednesday 30th may got appointment for that morning. Got antibiotics. Went back on 7th June for an extraction and impression.8th June had my reworked denture fitted. Both dentists and all staff were lovely.

No wait, pleasant welcome and treatment

I did not have to wait in the waiting room, received a friendly welcome from the dentist and assistant. The reason for my toothache and the possible treatment was explained well. My treatment is ongoing.

Nervous child

Took my 5 yr old daughter, the dentist could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Made her feel completely at ease. The whole team where brilliant and made her trip to the dentist a less stressful experience.

Excellent receptionist

I witnessed the receptionist dealing with a difficult client on the telephone. They were diplomatic, patient and friendly whilst obviously under pressure as a bit of a queue was forming in the reception area. Really well handled!
